Massa Masscot

Hi , tell us a little about yourself. Where are you from, and what is your history?

Howdy, I’m Alex, aka doxe experienced web3 enthusiast, contributor, moderator and PoS/PoW validator, also just a friendly person. Briefly about my experience – deep passion for web3 and decentralization. 2+ years in the crypto space with strong knowledge and use of DeFi dApps, L1/L2 blockchains and yield farming strategies.

I thrive on daily ingestion of new developments in web3, including DeFi, community engagement and problem-solving. Contributor, detail-oriented with a curious mind. What keeps me engaged is the fact that I learn something new every single day. I am 20 years old and am from Ukraine! At this stage of writing this information I am a university student, specializing in Communication and Radio Engineering. I can’t say anything about my work experience, because I haven’t worked, but if you are interested in my experience in crypto, you can visit my LinkedIn page.

When you were a kid, what did you want to grow up and be? What were your dreams and aspirations ?

All in all, it’s probably one of the trivial dreams, is to be in some kind of special forces and work in the secret services. Dangerous assignments, firefights, undercover work, that sort of thing. I think it was influenced by a lot of games I loved at the time (and still do) Call of Duty, CS:GO, Battlefield. My expectations and goals remain the same, which is to benefit the community and live my life to the fullest (passively earning).

How did you discover Massa Labs, and what got you interested?

I got to know Massa when I was just starting out, thanks to the Let’s Node team at the time, with their pretty detailed guide, which clarified a lot of things for me about this blockchain. Massa was the first node I put up, easy to install and maintain, that seems to me one of the main rules why I support it and help others as well.

What is your current role in Massa, and what challenges do you expect to face?

At this stage, I am primarily the one who supports the project. I am the moderator and also recently the ambassador of the project. The goals that I personally set for myself, this is primarily to help develop the Ukrainian community and in general, I will try to be an example of how to work.

What do you like the most about Massa?

Decentralization. This project shows and proves that these are not just empty words they say. Scalability, in my eyes, the project very much showed the growth of the community and in general nice people, with whom it is very desirable to work. Simple, anyone can install a node and become part of the network. Well and most importantly the community, a lot of people here are really for technology and in general for a cool time.

How do you see the Massa ecosystem 5 years from now ? What is Massa`s most interesting part ?

I see it as a very strong technology product that can take its place in the top 10-15 ranking of total project capitalization. And on the other hand, the community will only get bigger.

Setting Massa aside for a moment, what do you do in your free time? Do you have any hobbies?

I read books (sounds trivial), go to the gym, also recently I’m interested in programming. I am studying Python to automate some processes, in the future I plan to study more deeply Html + CSS, what would create my own website. Not only that, but I like to travel (but while in my country this situation, alas, is impossible).

What are your goals in life?

Create a passive income that allows me to live the life I want. And plus simple goals, build a house, plant a tree, have kids, haha.

What is your favorite food, favorite movie, and favorite rock song?

With food, I really like sushi and spaghetti. My favorite movie is Interstellar. And my favorite rock song is Dragula – Rob Zombie.

Anything you would like to say to the community?

Be your own person. Try to concentrate and perform the task you set for yourself to the best of your ability. Respect others and you will be respected. And don’t be afraid to try.
